Warranty Program

For the first year after your project is completed, Inline will replace any faulty material free of charge as part of the manufacturer’s warranty (covered below). That includes material and labor, with the exception of any problems caused by anything other than faulty lighting measures or wiring within the fixture itself.

The material used in your project is covered for up to five years after the date of installation, depending on the specific manufacturer. As mentioned above, Inline includes labor within the first year of the manufacturer’s warranty. After the first year, if you need more than the material itself, there will be a $75 labor charge to attend the site, as well as $75 per hour to complete the replacements (or a prorated adjustment, if necessary).
